By being a customer and user of CruxVPN service, you agree to the following Therms of Service.
CruxVPN provides VPN encryption of the internet traffic of the devices that have the application well installed, configured and running. The internet traffic will be tunnelled to your chosen exit, and the you will be assigned one of CruxVPN IP addresses.
We block TCP ports: 25 (insecure email), 137, 138, 139, and 445 (Microsoft security issue).
You are a physical consumer, and you will not provide a commercial service that uses CruxVPN as part of it. You will be sensible when configuring routers and consider the number of devices connecting to it, purchasing enough subscriptions to pay for the use.
Privacy Policy
The privacy policy is part of these Terms of Service.
Questions and Feedback
CruxVPN may provide support, answer questions and receive complaints anonymously via the questions and feedback forms such as the one bellow. Anonymous questions and its follow-ups will be open on the internet and it integrate the knowledge base for all users seeking support.
Questions may also be dealt via the question forms on our website, or directly via email to care AT cruxvpn.net . You may opt out of having your question in the knowledge base, searchable from the internet.
Refunds
CruxVPN offers full refund within 30 days of the purchase, if the customer is not satisfied with the service.
This is a common practice and regulation in several countries and CruxVPN stay compliant with this practice and anti-money laundry laws.

Liability Limitations
In all interpretations of the law, CruxVPN is not liable for any monetary damages, including any court and legal costs. CruxVPN service may suffer interruptions. CruxVPN is not liable for any inconveniences or losses that may arise from the use of the service.
If any provision in the Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be construed in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect the original intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or the provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, or be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
Amendments
Changes to CruxVPN service, and changes to these Terms of Service will be notified before taking effect. Notifications will be on website home, on our announcements page and via newsletter.
